Our Showrooms Are OPEN
10am-4pm | 7 Days A Week
We're delighted to announce that our three Melbourne showrooms are OPEN.
We're back to normal opening hours - 10am-4pm seven days a week - so you're once again welcome to come in and get inspired for your kitchen or bathroom renovation.
We've got more than 20 kitchen and bathroom displays - and much more - at our locations in Oakleigh, Nunawading and Essendon.
Needless to say, we will be strictly adhering to the Government's social distancing guidelines and following all relevant health advice.
In reality, that won't make any difference to your showroom experience. If anything, it will make it better because you'll be able to browse the different kitchens and bathrooms without having to worry about "bumping shoulders" with other customers.
Each showroom is very spacious - more than 250 square metres. You'll feel like you're on your own even if there are a handful of people in the showroom.
Be assured that all our staff are regularly washing their hands and wiping down surfaces in the showrooms. You'll be offered hand sanitiser before entering and leaving.
We're also continuing to renovate kitchens and bathrooms across Melbourne, and we understand everyone's circumstances are different.
Some people may see this as a practical time to renovate. Others might have kids at home "remote learning", and a renovation right now would mean too much inconvenience.
So we're taking time to really understand each person's circumstances and offering professional advice on the right way forward. In some cases, we'll recommend going ahead with a renovation, while in others we might advise you to do all the planning but hold off on installation until later. Wherever you're at, our team will always do what it takes to fit in with what's best for you and your situation.
When it comes to tradespeople working in your home, our customers are happy as long as everyone is following health and distancing rules.
I've been humbled by this considerate "look after each other" response, which means we can continue to deliver for our customers and help our staff and tradespeople pay their mortgages and rents, and put food on the table for their families.
It's been a tough few months for everyone, but hopefully we're starting to see a light at the end of the tunnel. We're in this together and determined to come out stronger on the other side.
So I want to thank you from the bottom of my heart for all your support, and for considering us to design and deliver the kitchen or bathroom you've always wanted.

Committed to Serving You During
These Unprecedented Times
Everyone at Rosemount is thoroughly washing their hands with soap and water more regularly. We use hand sanitizer when we enter or leave a showroom, and we're asking customers to do the same.
The same rules apply to our staff and tradespeople when visiting customer homes. They have all been issued hand sanitizers and will use them before entering and leaving, and will welcome any offer to wash their hands with soap and water.
Health experts recommend wiping commonly-used surfaces more often, and we’ve increased the cleaning of all the benchtops, surfaces, handles etc in our showrooms. Staff and customer toilets are also being cleaned more regularly.
We're complying with the Government's guidelines on maintaining a respectful 1.5 metres distance from others. This applies to all staff and tradespeople who will attempt to keep at least this distance from customers in our showrooms and their homes.
Each showroom is a large size - over 250 sq metres. There is a lot of room to look around the displays without having to worry about "bumping shoulders" with other customers. Our staff will limit the number of people in a showroom at any one time so you can feel sure that you are a safe distance from anyone else.
The Victorian Government's Restricted Activity Directions don't apply to showrooms like ours, which are classed as an open retail facility, and can operate as long as there is compliance with rules like social distancing, signage requirements and density quotas.
Customers are allowed to travel to showrooms under the "leaving premises to obtain necessary goods and services" clause of the Stay at Home Directions.
If any of our staff or tradespeople feel ill or are showing flu-like symptoms they will be asked to stay away from work. We are also asking all of our customers to let us know if anyone in their household is showing similar symptoms, so we can reschedule any visits to your home.
And no more handshakes. 'Namaste' or a bow is fine, but we've put away the time-honoured greeting for now.

Kitchens have changed dramatically over the last few years, let alone the last 10‐20 years – the probable age of the kitchen you want to renovate.

- Different benchtops, splashbacks, door finishes and lighting options.

Our Essendon showroom has eight full kitchens on display, plus a full bathroom, bathroom vanities, a Butlers Pantry, laundry, colour room and a range of pantry options.
Our Oakleigh showroom is our newest showroom. It currently has five display kitchens but will soon have seven plus a bathroom.
In-home Design Appointment
If you'd like to proceed, we will organise a free consultation with one of our experienced designers in your home.
Every Rosemount staff member is now regualrly washing their hands and using hand sanitizer.
Before a designer comes into your home, he or she will use hand sanitizer.
Once they are there, they will remain at least the recommended 1.5 metres from anyone in your home.
Otherwise, you'll receive the same detailed and custom design consultation that's helped so many customers get kitchens and bathrooms they absolutely love.
The Check Measure Appointment
Once you're happy with your design, it's time to start planning the build of your new kitchen or bathroom.
That begins with a "check measure", where our check measurer will come to your home to finalise all the details and measure up your space to be ready for manufacture and installation.
Just like the designer, he will use hand sanitizer before entering your home and keep the recommended distance of 1.5 metres at all times.
Manufacture and Installation
The installation of a kitchen or bathroom brings a level of inconvenience at the best of times.
Our tradespeople have always focused on trying to minimise inconvenience to our clients, and that's even more the case today.
To keep everyone healthy, and give you peace of mind, our tradespeople are regularly handwashing and using hand sanitizer.
Before leaving your home, they will clean any surfaces they have been using.
And when they are feeling ill or showing any flu-like symptoms, they have been told to stay away from work.
We also work with a large number of great tradespeople, so we will be able to cover any absence and ensure the minimum of inconvenience to you.
Your Peace of Mind is our No 1 Priority
Customer service and satisfaction is everything at Rosemount Kitchens. Today we include our customer's health in those values.
Be assured that we are doing everything possible to ensure the wellbeing of everyone in the Rosemount community - from you, our valued customers, to all our staff and tradespeople who rely on our business to put food on the table and pay the mortgage or rent.
These are tough times but we're determined to pull together, be there for each other and come out stronger on the other side.
And we thank you for considering us to design and deliver your dream kitchen or bathroom.
Don't want to visit a showroom? No problem - we can still help you get your dream kitchen or bathroom by taking a "virtual tour"
If you don't want to come into our showrooms, we can offer you the next best thing - a real-time tour of our 'virtual showroom'.
Simply fill out the form below or give us a phone and we'll organise a video call where one of our consultants will give you a live virtual tour of our showrooms, discuss your specific needs and answer all of your questions.
This is just like one of our real showroom appointments - only remotely via your computer or mobile screen.
Some questions we're being asked:
How many people will be in the showroom when I visit?
Each of our three showrooms are very spacious - over 250 sq metres in size. Under normal circumstances, you would be able to wander round the showroom without having to worry about "bumping shoulders" with another customer. In the current environment, we've introduced limits on the number of people who can be in a showroom at any time.
That means you'll be able to look at our displays without anyone else nearby. This goes beyond the government's "social distancing" advice of no more than one person per 4 sq metres, or at least 1.5 metres between two people. But we want you to have complete peace of mind when coming into our showrooms.
Is it OK to have tradespeople in my home?
The short answer is "yes". Current government restrictions don't apply to tradespeople coming into your home. That's still entirely appropriate, as long as everyone is practising the recommended 1.5 metre "social distancing". As we've said elsewhere on this page, at Rosemount we're taking this really seriously. Our tradespeople will not only comply with the distancing, but they'll also hand-wash and use hand sanitizer before coming into your home, do the same again when they leave, and clean any surfaces they've been handling. Our biggest priority is for everyone to be safe.
Are you having any problems sourcing your products or materials?
We are having no supply issues and wouldn't expect to in future. Part of the reason for that is that a big part of our business is Australian Made - big and established brands like Polytec, Caesarstone, Blum, E & S Trading, and Hafele Kessebohmer. So we don't have to rely on imported products and materials from countries like China. Because of our relationships with these Australian-based companies, and the volume of business we do with them, we are regarded as preferential customers. Supply issues are not a concern for us.
We are absolutely delighted with our Rosemount kitchen! Not only did we end up with a stunning new kitchen but the process of getting there was made easy and enjoyable by a team of professionals who provided first-class service throughout the process from design to installation! We thank them for going the extra mile every step of the way to ensure we ended up with a stylish, high quality and super functional kitchen that we LOVE!
